A peninsula is a land with water on three sides. We have it - the English Channel (La Manche), the Bay of Biscay (the Atlantic), and the Mediterranean. We are one of three peninsulas in the western Mediterranean, including Italy and Spain.
We have a unique geosystem, the terroir is especially good for wine! We make probably the best wines in the world 🌎 and our vines are taken around the world to establish wine industries as far away as Australia, and Argentina!
Paris is my home. It's also our capital city, as you likely know already. The kings of France made sure Paris is served with fresh food from all over the country daily!
