At a moment when none was around, my shifu told me, come, I want to show you something (in Chinese-English, "come, see" ) and he took me in front of the main door and said "What do you see?" and I was trying to figure what was it with the door, but soon he pointed to the reflection at the huge glass. Oh, I was standing there.
And he said "Look."
And placed his fingers underneath my chin, and heightened my chin. And placed his hands on my shoulders and gently pulled them back. And my pelvis naturally sunk. My breathe naturally deepened. An inwards smile. Smile doesn't need to be on the face always.
