I have not even looked up the word, can Chinese people be racist to northern Europeans or people from India be racist against people from China, or is it just against African prople.

Do people not see the humor in this? Sadly I know a few people that think racism only applies to specific races. Wouldn’t that then make the word “racist” racist?
