@EldritchFox You're not being extreme. Look at what the US government does to innocent people who exist outside the protection of domestic laws. The My Lai massacre, the prisoner abuse in Abu Ghraib, bombing of civilians in Iran, Syria, the massacre in New Baghdad, the funding and aid of genocide going toward Israel. Too many examples to name. Human lives have no value to the top powers in our country. The only reason they have standards for the treatment of US civilians is because of pre-existing legal framework.

@CountScrofula What about the copious amounts of people I know in real life, and meet here on SW (living in the US) who think it's okay to deport refugees back to regions with horrible circumstances, kill school children, or threaten nuclear war on civilians because they're not American?
