Beer yes, though any Canadian beer I've tried has been very weak and watery, bit like American. Poutine, never tried it, but the combination doesn't inspire me to try it.

If I came over, I would want pancakes with maple syrup with a side of Canadian bacon. I would have the beer later with fresh caught fish.

Oh, yeah and the use of the internationally known single word of the Canadian language of "Eh".
