Gonna Federally Incorporate Soon Most Likely

If I incorporate to operate across all of Canada, and I just have to pay 200 dollars (approx 150 USD) while incorporating in Ontario additionally is free. If I incorporate only or first in Ontario then expand federally, I gotta pay up to 500 dollars (approx 375 USD) for both or 300 (approx 225 USD) only in Ontario. The laws here dictate incorporating federally gives a business the right to operate across Canada, but provincial incorporation is necessary if physical presence and/or significant operations. Sadly I'll have to pay an annual filing fee of I think 12 dollars (9 USD), name search is mandatory, and meet more legal compliance, whereas provincial corporation doesn't have such a fee and less compliance. Although I get more legitimacy, federal protection of company name, and being able to legally operate across the country means more money to offset those risks.
