I see in Zehrs grocery stores they now show products that are Product of Canada versus American which is displayed on the packaging itself. Also, they are clearly marking US produce from other vegetable and fruit sources. Rona hardware is doing the same thing as are CTC stores. The only one that's 100% US is Home Depot.

In Canada, that sentiment is more widespread than I was first aware of, to the point where the Prime Minister is routinely getting himself on TV to encourage Canadians to 'Buy Canadian' every time they go into a store. He says "read the labels and if it says Product of USA or Made in the USA, then for the sake of Canada's economy, put it back on the shelf and choose again".
