I think this is a delcate issue
In my home state ( sort of,, part of the year)
we have had something like this since before I could vote
it is very difficult to get permission, but many have called it
a welcome option

If a dr says no then that's the end of it, at least for now. MAID is like a runaway train now so who knows what the criteria will be and when, but for now, you can't get it without a dr
