Oh, damn, suddenly you are free to fly!!

I just received my permanent residency card … I felt butterflies as I was going down to receive it and my appetite for food went away… Idk why I felt that way about it, even though it is the natural results of things 🤷‍♀️It is not like I was stressed about receiving it. I knew it was going to arrive and i didn’t even think about it until they contacted me telling me that it was sent out… but i guess because it is absolutely the last step in this loooong journey, this is why I feel this way.. it is what I have been working towards, for a while now..

The only thing annoying me is that the picture is not nice.. My hair was a bit too short at the time and the pic didn’t look good, and I had just left quarantine, and was in a bad place accustoming to life again with my family, so I didn’t take another .. oh well.. Still happy about finally having the card with me.
