Why does Canada have a reputation of being boring?

At least I hear this from the people I encounter in my community who have relatives who live there. It is such a big country, I fail to see what could be available in other countries, that's not there?

Is it the cold weather and so people find themselves doing so many indoor activitiesand they don't like it? or maybe they are just stupid and don't know how to enjoy themselves?

@bijouxbroussard I agree.. the only thing I can think of is that these people were used to living around family, going out with them, and just feel bored being alone somewhere else. Because as compared to where I live, while I live in a modern good country, there is no comparison, it is such a small country with not much nature.. so I fail to see what i would be missing from here, that I won't find there. I mean for starters, we don't have nude beaches here, jk lol
