Along long long time ago,
A country named Cutinhalfistan came up with a novel idea.
Seeing how division was keeping the country in social and economic distress, they decided that in the coming election, people would be divided in two groups according to their beliefs.
Officials would then cut the country in half with people moving into whatever half of the country supported their views.
Also since they so much hated each other, by this point, they decided to erase any history that acknowledged the enemies and started recording history beginning on that moment.
Something unexpected happened. Each half, would start having their own division issues and eventually had to cut in half what was already cut in half.
Despite this, officials maintained the policy until the country became a patch work of tiny little countries inhabited by only one person.
But then something more alarming started happening. People found themselves having doubts about certain things, and feeling torn between two ideas..
So they started cutting themselves in half.
And since there was no history kept, that's why we, to this day, we know nothing about Cutinhalfistan.
