Forget all the analyzing and re-analyzing of why Harris lost, this is what a Trump voter told me

She said she's been voting for Trump because we need a president who know when to break the laws, that needing congress's approval on everything is stupid because what's the point of having a president if he can't do what he wants to do. And Trump doesn't let anything stop him.

Well she's right with the last part.
I thought about telling her she's advocating for a dictatorship but I didn't want to get in her face because she's always nice to me, and besides at this juncture what's the point.

This is a runaway train that can't be stopped anymore. I doubt anyone that went up against Trump would have beaten him. Something like this only ends when there's the kind of historical disaster that lingers in the public consciousness for generations.

How has freedom of religion been denied?

Your ideas of what freedom is may not be what the Constitution clearly states freedoms are, and are for all of us, not just a few.

@calicuz Example- in Virginia the Moms for Liberty were targeted by the FBI, for campaigning against school board members, never mind for challenging Fairfax County school district decisions at public meetings as terrorists in a letter that threatened their actions as citizens. There is more to that story, impacting all three points.
Now I know leftists are lazy, so you can do your own research. Again, start with the Constitution, the Bill of rights, and other amendments.
My ideas of what freedom is is exactly as defined in the Constitution. And as this election has shown, is not subject to government slowly chipping away at it, or left wing group think with their own form of fascism.

Finally, do your own research so that you learn truths outside your little bubble. Understand that freedom is not narrowed to your political interpretations- and also you won’t sound so ignorant.

But if you remain so. That’s fine too - you’ll continue to lose more elections.

Listen, I believe in the Constitution of the United States. I believe in letting people live their lives as they see fit. The Constitution is clear when it says, "Every man's God given right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." As long as one's pursuit of happiness is within the confines of the law, and the law being the Constitution, then who are any of us to deny liberty to our fellow Americans?

It sounds like MAGA is confusing religious rights, with being offended by something or someone. As I've said before: "I'm sorry if you're offended by standing in line at Walmart next to a gay man, or a Muslim woman wearing a Hijab, or next to an interracial couple with their interracial kids, but the Constitution isn't in place to make anyone comfortable, it's in place to protect us from our government."

It's the MAGA crowd that supports "Every man's God given right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." As long as one's pursuit of happiness is within the confines of the law, and the law being the Constitution. None of us should deny anyone else's rights, or deny liberty to fellow Americans.
That's why one votes MAGA. In some ways, this election wasn't so much a vote for MAGA, than it was a rejection of the all-out assault on common sense, on our constitutional rights - of the current administration.

Example: There is no such thing as "Gay Rights." All Americans are born with their rights, so we as a society aren't giving them any rights, but are in fact denying Americans their right to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Do you think it is right for any American to deny a fellow American their Right to life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness?
