How do we stop another evil country from rising?
Evil as in Nazi Germany, America, etc etc.

Attain world peace, though not possible as of now.
We could just kill the leader and their entire family, as then the next in line would take over and be either worse or the same as the previous leader. Take a look a russia, putin is pretty dumb, but if we assassinate him, either

2. Next in line takes over which could either be even worse or better.
