Where is Waldeau?

In case anyone is not aware Canada's PM Justin Trudeau is in India (Bharat) for the G20 meetings. However at the official welcoming there is no video of Trudeau and Modi shaking hands as Modi welcomes his guests. Interesting. BTW the Bharat reference comes from the video when Modi is sitting behind his nation's name plate at the table. There is no India on the name plate. The name Bharat is there instead. Interesting given Bharat/s involvement with the BRICS group of countries.
