Choose a country to live in

I've been voting since 1980. No Republican yet has given me a reason to vote for them.

I find your set of choices bewildering given the heading as if there are three options. You're really talking about the USA and then an effective dictatorship.
There are at least a dozen countries that are doing better in quality of life, healthcare, lower crime, social mobility opportunities that I would choose. USA is not in the top 10 in any of those categories statistically based on the bodies who hold expertise in these areas.

You should ask that question to ukrainian migrating to Usa as well .

I'd like to start my own country. Nothing big or powerful, just a tropical island off the grid, away from the rest of the world's problems.

I prefer the US regardless of which party controls the White House or congress.

If I could, I would move to Bhutan.
