Anyone find it weird that the news is reporting of Russia's threats to take down "commercial satellites" helping Ukraine?

They are talking about Starlink, right? I can't think of a more obvious satellite target especially since it has been widely known for months that Starlink alone has been pivotal to Ukrainian telecommunications and internet access. But the news never says Starlink, just ”commercial satellites". Its like some weird media blackout of the name is in effect
