My tribe and ancestors originally come from a small simple village called “Ushaiger ” which is currently part of Saudi Arabia. Today however it is unhabitable and more of a historical village.

My mother and all four of my grandparents were born in Italy and came to the U.S. My mother's family was from a rural area and my father's family was from a coastal city, both in Southern Italy.
@Moon3624 My mother's town was quite impoverished. Her memories of her childhood were not pleasant: lots of premature deaths and endless toil. She actually got annoyed at people who tried to romanticize her life in that town.
On the other hand, after being raised in the New York City area, I am now living in a small town in a rural area, and yes it is peaceful and separated from a lot of drama.
