@GoldenWorm: Dem lies again. Health care will change, not go away. Obamacare doesn't cover everyone now. Did you whine about that when he was in office? I think not.
@GoldenWorm: look at the news. Obama promised more choices not less. I rewatched his speech when he announced the aca. funny he promised more companies to chose from most counties have 1 insurance company to chose and some have none now. he promised cheaper insurance well not for the healthy instead we pay more and have less coverage so that people with certain preexisting conditions can get coverage.
@MasterLee: Do you self finance your auto or home insurance and is that better than pooled risk? Is that sound fiscal policy? What percent of the population would be destitute without some form of insurance? GOV 101, rightwingers, can't tell if yall are just that ignorant, willfully ignorant, or just hate other people.
@GoldenWorm: and how many of those 23 plus are people who are currently forced to have insurance because of Obama's bs laws and are going to drop it cause hey will no longer have o pay a penalty for not having it. how many of those people who have insurance can actually afford to go to the dr with plans of an avg of 6000 deductible
@GoldenWorm: yes all kids and families not just the poor. how many middle class people cant afford the high cost of insurance right now? how about single people? how about emicpated minors who no longer qualify for their parents but yet don't qualify for thte marketplace?
@MasterLee: Nice world you (Lee) live in where jobs are available for every one and pay enough for healthcare on top of the rest of expenses. I take it you don't talk much to other people?
@Mountainlady16: Hey lady, "worse" The republicans are about to pull 1 trillion dollars out of the healthcare sector. Once that happens, how much more do you think you and other little people (me too) will have to pay?
@Mountainlady16: You're missunderstanding me. I don't think the current system is the best possible or even good. It's better than what's coming. Even Trump has called the Senate version of Trumpcare "mean". The cap on the elderly multiple is going away - that means if you're over 55 your $500 will cost x8 as much ($4000) instead. That's what is in the plan.
@GoldenWorm: btw unil my husband got a full time job when he turned 18 in feb we hadn't had insurance in almost 2 years. since we married and therefore became emicpated minors. but cause we were under 18 we didn't qualify for marketplace but since we were married no longer qualified for our parents insurance
@Mountainlady16: WTH, I gave you many solid replies and you just skittered topics and then got lazy and dismissed me with name calling. Own your shit. Really, rightwingers would do so much better if they didn't fall to name calling and actually followed an argument rather than tossing spaghetti and saying "oh lookie, one stuck."
