Tragic Flood damage and loss of life in Texas on top of massive Republican federal budget cuts by Trump

Flood damage costs billions to clean up yet Trump had DOGE cut hundreds of billions from various government budgets including FEMA (hurricane relief)
Now I’m well aware that a flash flood is NOT a hurricane BUT the damage is the same which leads to the question.. when Mother Nature inflicts damage on the US, where is the money coming from to help with the cleanup?

Certainly tRUMP had no plan. In his delusional state I’m convinced that he believes he had a “concept of a plan” due to the advice he received from those imaginary voices in his empty head.

Those voices told him he could repeal and replace the ACA with a “beautiful health care plan”, pull the US out of the Iranian treaty, alter hurricanes’ paths with the stroke of his magical Sharpie, throw out rolls of toilet paper & paper towels to his supporters at a PR airport as hurricane relief, change his rioters into “political prisoners” and safely pardon them, deny due process, use the highest office in the land for personal grifting, etc., etc. If it’s dirty, dishonest, disingenuous, disgusting, dangerous, and demented—tRUMP’s all in!
