In reality though, i personally knew some very MAGA folks (family members) who spent considerable time and money traveling to NC to aid in hurricane recovery. I was glad to see that, but also noted there was a bit of a spiteful “blame biden” motivation amongst them. Will the same happen here - they rush to texas with trailers full of tools to help out and then trash Trump on social media for being inept?

@trollslayer I am less inclined to question where the help comes from or what conditions are attached. Those people have lost a lot. Some have lost the next generation..But already thats yesterdays news, thanks to Elon Musk and his headline grabber. Maybe a grand gesture by him to help those in need?😷

@swirlie I am sure I first heard it used by the NRA when responding to mass shootings. I admit I feel torn using it. But clearly God doesnt have a problem carrying off a couple of dozen kids from a Christian summer camp.. So maybe its OK for me to hope he feels bad about it..😷

@whowasthatmaskedman Thoughts are prayers only works when it’s a high school shooting. They don’t work when it’s a flash flood. Trump is going to donate MAGA caps to the Texas Flood victims so that they can help him promote his next term in office.
