Think SCROTUS isn’t an extra-legislative branch for the Republican Party?

What really beefs my curtains is how for my whole life I've been hearing how the democrats are putting liberal political judges in everywhere as though they don't do the same thing.

It has been stacked by Federalist Society hacks.
