Someone said, rednecks and Republicans are just another name for racists. Your thoughts?

There's some truth to it, but not all of 'em are like that. You'll find progressive rednecks if you look far and wide enough; I mean, not 100% of people who live out in the sticks are gonna be the same on any level. There's more truth to it with respect to Republicans, but even then there are some who are either naive to racism (possibly due to willful ignorance) or merely tolerate it in the interest of some other policy goal.
