I Am Not a Fan of Conservative People

Well, here's the thing.

I didn't grow up disliking conservatives. Hell, I used to live in North Dakota. People are super conservative up there and despite the fact that I'm a flaming liberal I was able to get on very well with them. I even grew fond of the people around me. They were old-fashioned but wonderful people with traditional family values. They were very welcoming people and were quick to treat newcomers like family.

But that's not who conservatives are anymore. Not the majority at least.

Today's conservatives are heavily bigoted, racist, xenophobic, neo-Nazis and misogynists. They are nothing like the conservative people I lived among in North Dakota a couple of years ago. Things have changed or maybe this election has unmasked them and showed the liberals like me who they really are and have been this entire time. I don't know. But as of now, I can no longer think of the world "conservatives" without feeling disgusted and hating what they have become.

I await the inevitable name-calling and put-downs now.

wow I guess the $30.000 a year I give to social non profits veteran programs child care abuse centers is not considered anything, Most conservatives I know give a good prortion of there income to social causes . Best thing is I give to places that have very low adnmin. Costs so 95% or better of the $ actually gets to those intended. Unlike government consuming 90% and 10% getting to those intended . Hmmmmmmm I think Karl Marx would hate me
