@calicuz If the supreme court doesnt believe in the constitution, why should I? Of course I believe the intent of the founding fathers was clear. But since parts can be accentuated and others ignored and so many things not existing then that need legislation now the whole process is a joke..Right down to how Judges are really appointed and why..😷

I don't think America is corrupt, but I do think there are people here who are as corrupt as any people can be. That is what I mean when I say people are using the law badly. They are twisting the law with the intent to try to ruin President Trump, and protect bidumb. Those are the corrupt people who make it seem like a corrupt place.

The Constitution is the only thing there is for us stand on. I will be the first to admit that our system is corrupt, but no court can deny anyone "the right" to defend themselves in court. People, especially Americans, keep forgetting that our justice system is for the innocent to prove their innocence, not just for "The State" to send criminals to jail.

The innocent are innocent until proven guilty by the state. They don't have to prove anything.

Very true. the burden of proof is on the prosecution, but "we" also have "the right" to present evidence to exonerate ourselves from the charges.
