Owen Shroyer, InfoWars host, pleads GUILTY to unlawfully entering and remaining on restricted grounds on January 6th. He grabbed a megaphone and screamed to the crowd: “ Today, on January 6, we declare death to tyranny! Death to tyrants! Death to tyrants! Death to tyrants!"
Sentencing is set for September 12th. He had earlier signed a deferred prosecution agreement for a 2020 infraction where he had agreed not to utter “loud, threatening, or abusive language, or to engage in any disorderly or disruptive conduct, at any place upon the United States Capitol Grounds.”
Can we all chant, “ Repeat offender!”
