Should smart Conservatives go local?
I'm not exactly a Kennedy fan, but I frigging love the idea that he might abandon his Senate seat and keep Jeff Landry from the governor's office.
Kennedy's a really smart guy, and I'd much rather see him running the state of Louisiana than Landry, who's, imo, a much better agitator and disruptor then a [G]overnor.
To be clear, I'm not a fan of either, really, but Kennedy, imo, has what it takes to run a state, and his foghorn leghorn act in the Senate is much less effective.
