Does the 2nd Amendment guarantee the right to make 'grated cheese' out of looters?

I've got a few problems with this, but what really bugs me is how many people don't.

I wonder if it is covered in the statutes? I know you have a right to "stand your ground" and if you're in the residence and somebody breaks in (Ian or not) and you have a reasonable fear - you can use the force necessary to neutralize the threat - up to and including deadly force.

looters? pulling items from unoccupied buildings/vehicles? okay so they are cockroaches but deadly force isn't acceptable.

And what if the looter was a family member that was getting something that the resident had asked for? Ooops? I don't think so.
@Pretzel Honestly, making "grated cheese" out of someone seems to sound like more then "deadly force" and more like sending a message, which I think is the point.

I get that that that point wins votes, but it raises other points about what kind of society we have or want.

@MistyCee you don't need to incite stupid/unsafe behavior when the power is off and nerves are on edge.

you need to call for calm and let the authorities do their job

I've been through more than one hurricane recover and the number of cops that come from out of town to provide support (along with the national guard) will amaze you.

call the cops with a description and direction of travel and let them sort it out
@Pretzel Mebbe, but I think this is mostly political stuff way beyond just "shooting" looters. One bullet may stop them, but making them into grated cheese sends a message about what their survivors are looking at in terms of funerals, and beyond.

He's in the pocket of Trump and DeSantis. Gotta' give 'em what they want. Make the weak feel powerful with language like that. Go figure.
In general, defense of one’s body and property using deadly force is the Castle Doctrine. The Stand Your Ground extension in Florida is an extension of the Castle Doctrine beyond one’s homestead. So it is really entirely reasonable to expect homeowners to use deadly force after the hurricane.

The “grated cheese” thing is just porning this. Which is gross, and they type of shit that gets whack jobs all worked up.

Some of these leaders need to meet a guillotine.
The State laws of Florida allow it, its nothing to do with the 2nd amendment.
