For the comics, DC and it's Vertigo line.
@Kwek00 I forgive you. 😔

@JustGoneNow Honestly? Does Marvel have annything that compete with titles like: Watchmen, Preacher, The Sandman, V for Vendetta, Y the last Man, HellBlazer (the Garth Ennis run), Swamp Thing (the Alan Moore run), Fables and Batman (The Killing Joke, The Long Halloween, Dark Victory, The Dark Knight Returns, Batman: Year one, The Black Mirror, Arkham Asylum: A Serious House on Serious Earth, Hush, The Court of Owls) 🤷♂️
What does Marvel have to bring in? Daredevil Born Again, Spiderman: Kravens' Last Hunt, Infinity Gauntlet, Punisher MAX (by Garth Ennis), Captain America [i](by Ed Brubaker), Old Man Logan and some X-men Story arcs from the Chris Claremont era (The Dark Phoenix Saga, God Love Man Kills, Days of Future Past, The Brood Saga)?

@Kwek00 I like the Marvel characters better. I do have to admit that DC has incredible back stories and some of the most iconic villains, but I absolutely like Marvel heroes better and you can’t fault me for that because it’s my opinion. 😌

@JustGoneNow Des goûts et des couleurs, on ne discute pas.
But the quality of the storylines I just named, are to find in anny list where people rank American Comics. And well... if you don't go "wow" with: Preacher, Sandman or Watchmen then I'm not sure what you "wow" too.

@Kwek00 Some of the story lines are superb. I just find most of the DC heroes kind of bland and boring. The Marvel characters are more interesting and nuanced (save Batman... he’s a special case for DC,) and I like them better.

@JustGoneNow
For manny people, just the best thing that came out of this entire superhero thing in the US 😅
I also agree that Marvel has a lot of super hero characters that jump out. But the strength of DC (and Vertigo) for me doesn't lie in their superhero books. Except for Batman and Hellblazer (if you call that a superhero). I think "The Flash" and Superman are a little bit underestimated.

@Kwek00 As always, I totally respect your view. I just really like Marvel.
