@cherokeepatti You can get some pretty cool Selenite crystals At the Salt plains wildlife refuge. Limit is 10 pounds a day or something close to that. Not a lot of digging required.

@icedsky We got rose rocks here in my county but I think that the veins of them have been picked over pretty good by now. I remember seeing some that had perfect petals, some smaller ones and some that weighed at least a couple of pounds. They’ve sold so many in shops that they are being depleted. I would love to find river rocks, those smooth ones that are all different colors and see what I could find in them. And go to the Lake Michigan area to two different spots to find some unusual rocks.
