Which is better? Eau de toilet or Perfum

Both scents are Giorgio Armani Aqua Di Gio Asking for two young men one is 26 the other is 17

I own that cologne. For a man I recommend a EDT vs a Perfum. EDT gives a good scent profile, but is not overpowering.
