November 27 is when i can get more stuff
These are the things i got my eye on:
1. The Kierkegaard as a Christian Thinker series put out by Eerdmans -- 5 volumes
2. Some stuff on what is called The Marrow controversy, a thing that happened in the Scottish church in the 1700's.
3. David Wells' No Place for the Truth which i just added to the list as i go through the Sproul series posted earlier, so as i go through that i may add other books gleaned from his superlative exposition.
and begin collecting the 4. Reformed Expository Commentary (31 books) -- all together at once would be too much, so i got to just pick up a few, which i believe will begin with the canon Genesis and so forth as it will align with all the other commentaries being gone through. {edit -- it seems this series is not complete yet :( }
Yep, mammon is all that for me, filthy lucre. Dad told me before he left this morning for coffee that yesterday was his mom's birthday, and tomorrow is his brother's birthday, the brother who once told him "I never want to be like you".
