I Found a Switzerland Coin

Obverse: "Confœderatio Helvetica 1987"
Reverse: "20"

I know nothing about this coin. It's pretty cool, though. It had blended in with my nickels, as it's pretty much the same size. I've been thinking about collecting coins, so I guess this will get me started.
