I pulled my ps4 charging cable a little as I was cleaning my room it didn't damage the system?

I felt this firm feeling as I pulled it a bit

Actually, it depends on how hard it was pulled. If you pull out a USB cord from a computer hard enough it'll shut the computer off. Happened to me when i tripped over the cord and it yanked it out of the USB port on the front of the computer.

So damage is possible.

@twiigss yeah but it was pulled a little and the cord remained in the system

@Thexboxoneguy1991 then it should be okay. But if you tripped over the charge cord and it was yanked out of the USB port on the PS4, that can cause damage.

@twiigss i once pulled a chip from my laptop and it did the same thing but it still works good
