In this video 2 favorite things of mine combine, silent film and the single most precious piece Mirror in a mirror in english, such simplicity, and depth of feeling, purity. The highest is represented with music like this. It's also like remembering people who are gone and it all plays in your mind, and you don't know your balling your eyes out, such peace, such warmth in these musical heights, antidotes to the abrasive insanity of modern life and much of modern music. Also like an embrace that actually heals your sadness, and anxiety, a loving father we may have never known, or of everything finally falling into place as you take your last breath. All of that and so much more from something so simple and calm. I definitely don't agree with comments i've seen online where people just say it's boring, but i hope one day it clicks for them, for it is sonically the most beautiful thing.

A little taste of a time that's gone. We are all told everywhere that the hectic pace is something good, that it was already there at the end of 1900s, because then people achieved loads, but the case is rather more different. Nowadays we're been forced to do more and do it faster, and thus people are dropping out too. Insanity has always been there deep inside society but it has all the people in such a stranglehold that's completely different to what you posted there

@TheYawnArchive I was talking about both. Where and when can one listen to that kind of music then? Perhaps at a few moments where it's been played to a few old people, I guess. Even if they're called great concerts, they're only performed for the few. Even through streaming it's at a low end because music is nowadays is used and not enjoyed as such any more

@val70 By oneself, solitary music. Not a good recording i must say though, i favor the arrangement with cello and piano.
