@DeWayfarer I don’t have Instagram and can’t access it on Safari.

@bijouxbroussard I'm working a report right now with a detailed description of the problem. I don't either have a Instagram account yet I am available to access it through the browser.

Be sure to remove the space. As well if you see the page, unmute the sound on the video. That's its default.

@bijouxbroussard If that doesn't work, there is a completely different option and that's to get a second browser such as Opera or Dolphin.

You don't have to keep either as the default browser.

I actually have four different browsers.

Can you please clarify this?

Do you just see a blank space,
or is it that you do see a Preview static image of the video, but it just says "Watch on Instagram", but then when you click on it, it won't open?
