William Walton: Symphony No. 1 in B flat minor (4th Movement, Simon Rattle/LSO)

When I first heard this piece many years ago I found it intriguing but after a couple more listens I really 'got it'. I pulled this out of my collection yesterday and gave it another listen. One word to describe it? Compelling. A brilliant ending to a fine piece.
