Me and my girlf are going to Ripon in Yorkshire later today

We’re staying in a nice hotel tonight and will have an explore of the town and cathedral tomorrow. Has anyone ever been there? Anything else we should do?

Go up into the Yorkshire dales... Find the Tan Hill Inn on google and go for food... Its the highest pub in England and is often cut off for days in the winter...

@Strongtea apparently the food is great and the photos of past winters are amazing... Real deep snow and customers stuck there for a week or more...
