Keep an eye on storms if you're near corpus Christi in August. Humidity isn't your friend.

Believe me you won't like the results of chiggers that come out in high humidity. The only protection against them is clothing. Not even DEET will work.

I'm very familiar with your type of heat as well as very familiar with Texas heat. Two different types of heat. I lived in Texas San Antonio for years.

@DeWayfarer Oh I believe you, I'm aware of chiggers. I don't know how bad heat+humidity gets but I guess I'll find out
