I've always thought that every State in the US was a financially distressed State, none more disadvantaged than another.

Those $1000 a month truck leases are expensive. Those people think others will think they're gay unless they have a monster truck.

What are you referring to when you say "financial distressed" when referring to Florida? I know what financially distressed means, but in what way is Florida financially distressed and how did it get that way?
