What I think is funny that some of the biggest pioneers in music came from poor backgrounds.
Nothing but talent to keep them busy without the distractions of devices.

Dolly was so amazing...she is STILL giving back! Dolly founded the Imagination Library, where children up to the age of 5 or 6, depending where they live, (as long as it is a participating community), can get FREE books!!!

The first book that the child receives is always, "The little engine that COULD"...and that was Dolly...all the way.

A lot of us who made a successful life came from the type of childhood. I grew up poor with 3 other siblings in a tiny two-bedroom house with a kitchen that was an add on lean-to. I worked my ass off since I was twelve, paid for most of my own clothes from money made mowing grass, shoveling snow, later my own lawn service and a lot more shooting trap since I was 14. I paid for my cars, college and moved out of the house at 18. I have retired after owning my consulting business after working for a major NG pipeline for 16 years.

Kids today do not know how to work nor are they willing to. Parents today do not push kids to find their own way.

Sir. There is way more to this story than what you have been told.
However this site cannot handle the truth nor is this the time and place.
Good day. ☺
