When was the last time you've saw a swamp and a waste lagoon in Tennessee?

last time i drove thru there
the waste lagoons are horrific!
and COULD be used to provide methane to power the farms

right now swamps are all dried up ,the frogs has packed there bags ,

They're frozen today
