When was the last time you've saw a septic tank being pumped in Tennessee?

I guess never but Nashville is one of my favorite cities to visit. Knoxville is on my hiking bucket list. Where would I go to see a septic tank in either of those locations? And for the love of God don't send me to Memphis although the Mississippi looks majestic at night from that city.
