What do the sewers in Chattanooga smell like?

Horrible, actually. We’ve barely been getting any rain and it makes it so much worse. I was there on the 2nd/3rd of this month and sitting outside it awful.

@itsok I was in Tennessee and I can smell the sewers downtown and it’s a hot day. The smell is so terrible almost like death or mildew.
