To legally purchase a gun in most states one must go through a state and federal background check before purchasing/owning a firearm. Maybe if your state started actually prosecuting and imprisoning criminals they’d think twice before going on firing sprees. Maybe you need to reconsider the idiots you’ve been voting for who are too soft on crime. That’s the problem sir. Guns don’t just magically rise in the air on their own and start shooting people. @badminton

I have seen in court repeatedly liberal judges who are more interested in the “circumstances that lead to this poor soul committing a crime” than the actual crime itself. Anyone with that kind of mentality is part of the problem. @MasterLee
