my turkey Ruben sand with was bad... the turkey slices were thick like in NYC ... I think I overdid it the turkey was 8 cm's thick

yet I had the Swiss and sour kraut... the ratios matter,.... and it might even matter if its beef or turkey... I think beef has more flavour....
