@sladejr that’s the weird kind of stuff that I like. And Ripley’s Museums…have only visited one but would visit all of them if I could.

@Nimbus yes
@cherokeepatti I was addicted to reading all of the old paperbacks, when I was in San Francisco on a day trip when I lived in Reno, my ex gf and I went to Pier 39 where they had a Ripley's museum, I was so excited to go in and see the exhibits, the b!txh actually told me that if I went in she'd be gone, it was her car, I was so pissed. I never made it back.

@NativePortlander1970 I went to one in Las Vegas when they had it in the Four Seasons Casino down on Fremont Street. They sure packed a lot in a small place…a lot of history went along with it too. We went back there with my daughter when she was a bit older because she liked all sorts of museums too. But sadly they had removed that museum from the casino. I wanted to see it again. I don’t know what they did with the stuff, incorporated it with other Ripley’s museums or if they opened it up in another tourist attraction. I do know it didn’t cost a lot to go in and it was worth every penny. Made me want to visit the other ones, I think each one has unique exhibits
@cherokeepatti It must have been before 2005 or after 2010, I never heard of one there when I lived in Las Vegas.

@NativePortlander1970 It was in the early 90’s
@cherokeepatti The Frisco incident took place in July 1999, I left her a month and a half after that.
