Which is your favorite hotel to stay?

in Las Vegas?
Poppies · 61-69, F
We liked New York New York. Cheap enough to be not too expensive. Expensive enough to be just a little classier than the next-most-expensive one. Comparing it to other nearby MGM resorts.

@Poppies That has the roller coaster? Did you try it?
Poppies · 61-69, F
@fun4us2b yes it has the roller coaster but we didn't try it
AnnaU · 22-25
@Poppies I did! It’s great!.. Especially the last little bit where you dip into the reception of the hotel!..

🤔...............I really don't like corporate Vegas anymore..............I liked it better back in the mob days.........
Elessar · 26-30, M
I've never been to the USA (so far) 🫣
I liked New York New York the best.
We stayed in teh Aria, and it was nice but jsut ok.
Excalibur, though I did not stay, smelled and felt like a dirty frat house.
I really liked staying the cosmopolitan.

@nonsensiclesnail The hallways in the Aria are miles long! I haven't stayed at NY, NY looks cool though

I've never been to Las Vegas but in my occasional travels, I enjoyed a wonderful weekend at the Fontainebleau in Miami in a room overlooking the beach.
fun4us2b · M
@Coletracer I've never been there, but it looks really nice.
AnnaU · 22-25
Paris… Half way down the strip, and you get the Bellagio fountains directly opposite you… Great view!
fun4us2b · M
@AnnaU I only passed through there once and felt it had a nice vibe.
AnnaU · 22-25
@fun4us2b it does… I always feel it’s a bit more relaxed that some of the other hotels on the strip..
Nitedoc · 51-55, M
I like Balley's. It used to be the MGM grand. I've stayed there a couple of times.
I have a neat looking serviced apartment set aside 🙂
fun4us2b · M
@metaldog Wow - that's interesting do you go there often?
@fun4us2b haha no I live in Sydney, I just like to hang and explore 🙂
fanuc2013 · 51-55, F
Flamingo! One of the old classics, and a good location
fun4us2b · M
@fanuc2013 It is a great location - and the casino is somewhat low key -
No preference. I absolutely wouldn’t stay at the ones I’d worked at, though.
Nitedoc · 51-55, M
Did you go to the Palamino cluib. It;s a nice strip club. The strippers get completely naked. Then they walk around like that and play pool with you or just sit and talk. I've shut the place down when it closes at 5:00 A.M.
fun4us2b · M
@Nitedoc Wow - that's in vegas or out in the desert?
Nitedoc · 51-55, M
@fun4us2b I don't know if it's in the city or county. But it isn't way out in the desert. There a lot of buildings around it. I read about the Palamino club in Playboy mag. I knew I'd have to go there. It gets wild!

Have fun when you go !
fun4us2b · M
@SW-User Thx - don't know when the next time will be....
The Overlook
I haven’t been to Las Vegas this century.
fun4us2b · M
@bijouxbroussard it can be lots of fun....there's so much to see and do...
uncalled4 · 56-60, M
I've only stayed at The Palazzo....so that's my choice.
When I lived in Las Vegas I briefly worked security at Caesars Palace, the Rainman suites are really impressive.
fun4us2b · M
@NativePortlander1970 Cool - I didn't know they called them that -
@fun4us2b Those double story suites have been called that since the 1988 movie, even though they were showcased in Oh God, You Devil, just four years earlier in 1984.
