I hear in Chicago, the Cops are afraid to go into certain neighborhoods because they're afraid of the gangs. lol, what kind of crap? I thought this

kind of thing was only true in movies or in Narco-States like Mexico. Do you believe this is true?

Maybe they’ll wish they had someone who is on the side of law & order running the department and for mayor. I’ve heard it’s pretty corrupt there in Chicago. The corrupt ones will gang-stalk citizens if they want something that they don’t want to provide. Nasty to do that.
