@Thinkerbell I love Chicago. They have a gang problem ofcourse and that is sad. The police have to be more educated on how to help the fatherless boys there. They have to be more caring and visit the families and gain their trust so they have a father figure who can teach them and believe in them. Jesus love can heal, instead of killing them off.

They visited every week and people trusted them. They worked as Gods peacemakers and gained the trust of the community. They would mediate, and encouraged peace between people.

@Budwick That is why the police departments have to either be retrained to love more or to hire social workers. Every man is a role model for young boys and every woman is a role model for young girls.

If a police department has not gained the communities trust, they lost that community. We have to care about people.

I personally really feel sad for the african American family because what we did 200 years ago destroyed their families. Their men were taken from their children into slavery, and the women left their kids to work. Their kids did not have loving fathers at home. We are paying a heavy price now. And we all have to mentor and be kind and say sorry.

@Thinkerbell Sweden took in thousands and thousands of orphan children from the middle east the last 20 years because of the wars in the Middle East, and many of these children refused to stay in their foster homes in Sweden and escaped to the streets living outside and they are now doing crimes (much less than in the USA however), but nevertheless more crime than Sweden had the last 500 years. What Sweden is doing is supporting families who have it hard, and many Muslims have become Christians. Because of the equality in Scandinavia there is not a lot of homeless or poverty but because many are forgetting their God, Jesus, because they are so rich I personally think that Sweden will not do well until they turn back to God.

The damage done by slavery seems to have been largely undone by 1950, when less than 20% of non-white (i.e., black) births were out of wedlock.

Then, after 1960, it skyrocketed to over 70%.
Something other than slavery was at work with that, as you well know... the national average jumped from about 5% to 40% in that same time period.

Regarding violence from slavery in families do not go away. The absence of a Father is often permanent, and often leaves scars for the children. It is exasperated by racism.

"Have" is not past tense; you later jumped tense to "had no guns." Your English teacher would not have approved.
You should have written, "Just as they had for hundreds of years, the police in Scandinavia had no guns."

And no, they didn't only admit a lot of young orphans into Sweden, they also let in a lot criminally-inclined Muslim young men who regarded Swedish women as whores for wearing short skirts.

There were large-scale sexual assaults on German women on New-Year's 2015-16 by such immigrants.
The authorities at first tried to cover it up, but it was too wide-spread, similar attacks also occurring at the same time in Hamburg.

And please explain what happened in the US after 1960 that made the black unwed-mother rate go from under 20% to over 70%. Was slavery re-established? Did racism increase and keep increasing between then and now? And what made the white illegitimacy rate increase from 5% to 40% in the same time period? There is a common element here, and it isn't slavery or racism.

For some reason you don't believe me. I don't lie! I meant it all in past tense . I have repeatedly shared that police have guns in Scandinavia for 2 years now on many posts, but they didn't need guns for hundreds of years and I explained how they operated.

If I meant present tense I would have written all these words in present tense that I highlighted below instead of past tense as I did in my quote above. English is not my first language I came to the USA at almost 15. I thought it was clear!

There has been a lot of debate about aggressive young Muslim men when they FIRST come to Scandinavia, because their culture is different. Their women are covered, and Swedish women are often naked at the beaches and so are our young children. This is changing though. There is an educational program to educate new immigrants and after they understand that it is a culturally natural for Scandinavians to wear shorts and bathingsuits and very little in the summers, and not a sexual thing those boys respect that for the most part.

I understand that you have no pity for black families it is obvious! If a community has stress we have to help them not
blame them!
