Tired of stupid bitches fking with me

I have a hostile onsite property manager who moved in here on August 2026. She doesn't like me because her boyfriend caused a water burst pipe where I live and I called her out on it after I reported her bad conduct against me to management she began posting fraudulent 3 day notices with a fake owner and many fake lease violations against me but their all fake and non court ordered In California. she also has a man living with her and kept posting notices in regards to my dog but is ok with other tenants having pets. I reported this to management only for them to side with her. I have been documenting everything any advice? Please friends this so stressful for me. I've always lived in peace till this woman moved here. My neighbors hate her too. This rental property company has 9 lawsuits and the entire company operates in California and is getting sued by the attorney general in California.

Two options. One is to team up with the neighbours and take her out, the other is to try a scary legal threat. The legal threat is simpler.

Go above her head to management but make sure your complaint is specified and scary and that there is a direct threat. Send it to them with a deadline to respond and a promise to escalate legally (EVEN IF THIS IS A BLUFF), and that your only request is that she cease and desist.

Format should look something like:

Dear (property management team):

I am writing to formally document an ongoing issue at (property name address) specifically concerning illegal retaliatory practices towards me by (property manager who is harassing you). Consider this my written request to cease and desist in permitting the illegal behaviour of your property manager.

She began retaliating against me after (x date) due to (water pipe incident). Since then, I have been subjected to the following forms of retaliation:

(bullet form list of incidents, dates, and approximate time).

This behaviour breaches § 1942.5 and § 1940.2 of the California Civil Code.

I require a response and confirmation that this behaviour will cease by (two weeks from now) or I will be forced to take legal action.

Getting a revolt against her is probably more effective though. To do that, talk individually to neighbours who have complained, and then you need to snow the property management companies with pissed off letters, or even have a group of people storm into her office to tell her she is going to fucking stop NOW. Hell, threaten a rent strike that will scare the shit out of them. These are higher-stress but tend to be higher reward and make everyone happier at the end.
